TIDI Products Upgrades Custom Barrier Product and Packaging, Adding User Convenience Features

Neenah, Wis. – TIDI Products, a leading manufacturer of single-use medical and dental products for infection control is proud to announce a new, innovative packaging design and product updates to its Custom Barrier line, adding time- and space-saving features for increased end-user convenience.

TIDI Custom Barriers are now available in smaller 100-count dispensing boxes for optimum storage. The new box size is a premium fit for operatory or dental office drawers, and by removing the perforated side tab, the box will dispense sheaths one-at-a-time, as needed. Lowering the product box count from 500 to 100 also allows smaller offices to order on an as-need basis, without occupying unnecessary storage space.

To simplify the Custom Barrier reorder process, the product part number is now printed directly on each sheath and product box. With this enhancement, customers will quickly spot the correct order number, saving valuable office staff time and reducing incorrect product orders. In addition, customers will note new sheath top web colors. Intra oral camera sheaths will continue featuring a blue top web, while digital x-ray sensor sheaths now boast an orange top web, helping customers who purchase both products to easily distinguish each sheath function. The sheath top web color also corresponds with product packaging.
