Patient Restraints: Non-Locking Twice-As-Tough Cuffs (D-Ring Closure)

The Twice-As-Tough Cuffs presented in the table below, which can be used for the patient’s wrists and/or ankles, feature one of the following anchor strap configurations for bed/stretcher attachment:

• Single anchor strap for simple application and adjustment

• Double strap allows you to decrease patient movement by attaching two straps at different anchor points on a bed/stretcher (i.e., triangulation) or enhance security by attaching two straps at the same anchor point on a bed/stretcher

The Twice-As-Tough Cuffs restraint in the table below, meanwhile, is specifically intended to be used for the patient’s wrists. It is a “connected” one-piece Limb Holder that utilizes fixed positions to reduce movement and increase stability:

• Designed for use with a stretcher only

• For patient’s wrists; often used in conjunction with SKU 2797 for patient’s ankles
